PRICE MATCH PROMISE TERMS:

Matching competitor prices includes matching Inspection Protocols/Standards and customer service level offered by competitor, including, but not limited to:

• Modified Scope of Inspection (We must eliminate additional items normally Inspected by us, but not Inspected by Competitor)
• Availability (We may not be able to schedule with only 24 hours notice. Non Discounted Inspections will receive priority placement on our schedule.)
• Report Delivery (Our 24 hour delivery of a comprehensive report via email, including photos may be delayed.)
• “Price Match” promise may only be honored if competitor’s “Scope of Work” or “Standards of Practice” are forwarded to signaturehw@gmail.com prior to Signature Home Inspection accepting assignment. (Scope or Standards must also include Competitor’s fee quote, unless their fees are published on their public web site.)
• Price reductions NOT available on Holidays or weekends.  By law, we must pay our Inspectors overtime for extended hours.
